Giving is a vital part of the Christian life. Scripture teaches us to give with joy (2 Corinthians 9:7), with generosity (Proverbs 11:25), and with love (1 Corinthians 13:3). When we give with the right heart, we reflect God’s own generosity toward us (James 1:17). Through our giving, we care for those in need (Acts 2:44–45) and grow in our faith and trust in God (2 Corinthians 9:8).
